Color is a very bright Emerald green with blue/green flashes.

Origin: China.

Treatments: None.

The image has been altered to try and show the correct color.

This gemstone was new to the market at the Tucson Gem Show in January '07. In speaking with the vendor I was told that this material was rushed to market from a new find in China.

The material from this specific mine may be carrying the trade name "Esmeralite" as they are attempting to trademark the name.

Always remember that Fluorite is a 4 on the Mohs scale and is not suitable for rings or bracelets.
