In light of the current condition of the gemstone industry regarding treatments and lack of disclosure, Gem'n I has removed the time limit on some returns.

Gem'n I makes every effort to provide accurate images of gemstones. The image is of an actual gemstone from our inventory and represents all of the gemstones of that type, unless noted.

Due to variances in computer monitors the actual gemstone may be slightly lighter or darker in color.

None of our images are intended to represent actual size. Please refer to the gemstone description for exact details as to the size and color of the gemstone.

All of our gemstones are examined by a Registered Gemologist Appraiser and come with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate of authenticity is our guarantee that the gemstone you receive is as we have described, and our commitment that we will be responsible for what we sell.

If at any time you find the gemstone to be other than we have listed on our website or certificate of authenticity, return your purchase for a full refund including shipping.
We do not limit the time of discovery.

If you find you have changed your mind after purchasing and receiving an item, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will gladly credit you with the full amount of your purchase not including shipping, handling or insurance.

In order to receive your refund, contact our refunds department and request a return authorization number.

For gemstones available in the "Special Offerings" section of our web site you will have a 7 day inspection period in which to request your return authorization number.

Gem'n I will not reimburse gemologist fees.

Any gemstone to be returned must be in the same condition as you received it, it can not be broken, chipped or damaged in any way. Your gemstone may not be returned if it has been set into a setting of any kind.

Refunds are not available on business packages or email/web page add-ons.
