Gem'n I ships all products via United States Postal Service insured first class or priority mail.

If you require shipping by any other carrier, you will be charged all actual shipping costs plus additional handling costs.

You, the buyer, are responsible for all actual shipping and insurance costs associated with your purchase.

Gem'n I is not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in the mail.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific time. All orders placed via the website will ship within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday.

Gem'n I will ship internationally; please contact us in advance to arrange this. You will be charged all actual shipping and insurance costs and will be responsible for any customs, duty or taxes imposed by your country.

In the event of a return, Gem'n I will refund your full purchase price less shipping costs.
