Gem'n I works hard to provide accurate images of our gemstones. Gem'n I is not responsible for variances due to the color settings of individual viewing screens. If the image provided varies from the actual stone, we have provided a detailed description of those differences
Gemstone images are a representation of that particular gemstone variety from a sample of our stock unless noted. We make no claim as to the "appraised" value of any gemstone we sell.
All of our gemstones are natural.
A gemstone called "synthetic" is a laboratory created copy of a natural gemstone. A simulant is any material created to imitate a gemstone. Gem'n I does not carry "simulants" or "synthetics" of any variety.
Instructions for setting gemstones will be included with a setting purchase. If you feel you will be unable to set or assemble your piece, you can add the appropriate setting fees to your order and we will be happy to do it for you.
Gem'n I provides a certificate of authenticity with every gemstone purchase. A certificate of authenticity guarantees that the gemstone you purchase is exactly what we have disclosed. A certificate of authenticity makes no reference or guarantee as to the value of any gemstone and is not an insurance appraisal.
Refunds or exchanges for your full purchase price are gladly accepted with the following guidelines:
If you purchase a gemstone from Gem'n I and find you have changed your mind, contact us for a return authorization number within 30 days and we will credit you the purchase price, not including shipping.
If you purchase a gemstone from Gem'n I and find it to be other than stated on our website or certificate of authenticity, we will refund your purchase price including all shipping costs. We do not limit the time of discovery.
Gem'n I is not responsible for any cost incurred by you if you choose to have a gemstone tested.
Any gemstone to be returned must be in the same condition as you received it, it can not be broken, chipped or damaged in any way. Your gemstone may not be returned if it has been set into a setting of any kind.
